Jennifer is co-founder of Hearken, a company that helps newsrooms democratize the editorial process to create coverage that's more representative and relevant. She also co-founded Civic Exchange Chicago, a coworking space and learning community, and Zebras Unite, a global network of entrepreneurs, funders, investors, and allies creating a more ethical, inclusive, and collaborative ecosystem for mission-based startups.
