Breaking disaster news coverage has become an important area of reporting for public radio. While providing a valuable service for listeners, we also need to look at how it impacts station staff. We will hear from NPR's HR Expert and station managers who have been through recent disaster events including the Pulse Nightclub shootings, Flooding in Louisiana, Dallas police shootings, and others.
